CAMBRIDGE, Ohio — Appalachian Partnership Inc., in collaboration with the Guernsey County Port Authority, is requesting qualifications from engineers to complete final design for a 44-acre expansion of the D. O. Hall Business Center in Jackson Township, Cambridge, Ohio. The Phase 3 project is estimated at $4,150,000 and will include earth work, water, sanitary sewer and road extensions.
