CAMBRIDGE, Ohio — The Ohio Economic Development Association (OEDA) proudly announces that Andrea Jackson from the Cambridge-Guernsey Community Improvement Corporation has successfully completed the 2025 Ohio Basic Economic Development Course (OHIO BEDC), earning a Certificate of Professional Development and marking a significant milestone in their professional development within the field of economic development.

The 2025 OHIO BEDC was held June 2–5 in Dublin, Ohio. This intensive, week-long training program is led by the Ohio Economic Development Institute (OEDI), a program of OEDA. Accredited by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), the course is designed for professionals new to the field or those seeking a foundational understanding of economic development.
