CAMBRIDGE, Ohio — Mike Yanico and Matt Dolan from Peoples Bank presented November 3, 2023, a $7,500 grant from the Peoples Bank Foundation to the Cambridge-Guernsey County Community Improvement Corporation (CIC). The grant will help the CIC fund a county-wide housing needs assessment in collaboration with the Guernsey County Community Development Corporation (CDC).
“We greatly appreciate the support from the Peoples Bank Foundation and from local Peoples Bank personnel Mike Yanico and Matt Dolan,” said Bill Arnett, Executive Director, Cambridge-Guernsey County CIC. “We often hear finding housing is a challenge in Guernsey County, and thanks to this grant, we will be able to determine gaps in the current housing market in hopes of attracting new investments in those areas,” Arnett said.
